Can anyone please advise how can I stick the metal bushings on the plastic screen frame?

I read that Gorrila glue is the best for this matter.

    Can you please advise?

    Thanks a lot,

    Nikolas

I don't know what you're talking about. Can you post a picture or two?

I dont know which is the best way to connect the plastic frame of the screen with the metal hinge. I have tried with some glues without any success. I read that may have to put in the 3 holes that you see in the picture, metal bushings so that I can screw it. But how can I re install the metal bushings in the holes?

What a mess. Maybe you should have asked before you started.

What is the model of your laptop? Look for a disassembly guide and service manual for that model. The service manual has an exploded view which will be most helpful in figuring out which parts you are missing.

In the 3 holes in the plastic frame that you see there were 3 metal bushes (golden colour, like the one on the right). I dont know how can re install them and stick them hard in the frame....

The only thing that I tried(white glue) was to stick it directly with the metal bar(hinge).

you need to find small screws and bolt them on, if you have a rivet, rivet them in place, or find a new hinge from a similar broken laptop.

Since it appears that you are missing two of the threaded inserts that the screw threads into for fastening the hinge to the top cover; you will either need to locate the threaded inserts (not sure of a source) or purchase a used cover with the threaded inserts intact and swap it over.
A couple years ago I found a VPC Z1 that had missing screws and a bad hinge; swapped the hinge from a trashed VPC-SZ and used the existing screws. Worked perfectly.... Good Luck....
