Is it possible to replace DVD drive which comes with alongwith the laptop with a Bluray drive, and if so, where can I find one? Also, is it possible to replace the original drive with lightscribe DVD drive similar to the one on HP.

Laptops optical drives, like hard drives, virtually always use the same form-factor and interface, and thus are interchangeable. So, technically speaking, the answer is yes.
HOWEVER, you have the issue of the custom bezels (possibly with custom eject button layout) and sometimes (especially with hard drives) custom carriers/trays, that you'd have to remove and then reapply to the replacement drive. With some models it's easy, with others it's more of a challenge. If you didn't care about the aesthetics of the laptop, you could just stick a generic drive with a generic bezel in there, but given the fact that Sony's are known for their aesthetics, it would be a shame to ugly one up with a generic bezel.
But mechanically and electrically speaking, yes, you can upgrade a laptop's optical drives unless it's one of the rare few that uses a custom interface or form-factor. And I don't know of any off-hand that do so. -
Where can I find a good replacement drive, does Sony and HP sell it separately, or do I have to buy one from Amazon or Newegg.
