    Hi all,

Haven't posted on these forums in a while, but i've come crawling back in need of some advice/assistance.

Recently the AC adapter for my Vaio SZ broke, the plastic cable covering has come away from the adapter box exposing the copper wire. The laptop still charges but I am left with a potential safety/fire hazard and so require a replacement adapter.

I've searched the net for a replacement adapter but it seems these don't come cheap at all and the lowest price i've found for delivery to the UK is about £85.

Does anybody know of a retailer that will have this type of product available at a cheaper price i.e. £30-£40?

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

I would suggest buying Kensington 120w AC/DC Adapter. You can get it in ebay for about 30$ like this one here

Furthermore, there are some reviews about this adapter in this forum somewhere...
