    Replacement HD for TR3a

    My TR3a had a 1.8" HD. (Toshiba mk4004gah). But there are so many different 1.8" HD interfaces that I've gotten confused.

    Does any one know what make and models of 60gb or higher HDs are compatible with this sony?

    The highest capacity 1.8" you can find is a 80GB Toshiba HDD - MK8007GAH.

    Others that fit are 60GB Toshiba - MK6006GAH.

    Not sure how difficult it is to find these.

    Not even Toshiba would give me this information!

    And your right. The MK8007GAH is very hard to find. Impossible actually. But there are plenty of 60gb out there.
