    Replacement for SZ premium's LCD???

    I have to change the LCD screen of my SZ260 (premium) because it has bên damaged by accidence. LCD screen 13.3'' is available at many shops. BUT I dont know if the replacement would adversely affect the brighteness quaility? Anybody know the LED light is LCD built-in or seperated?

    Your replacement LCD will not affect the brightness. Brightness is determined by the LCD, and when you replace it, you will be getting approximately the same brightness (assuming you replace with an OEM LCD)

    Thanks. But what about the LED backlight? Will it work after LCD replacement?

    I hope you aren't talking about screen scratches.
    That can easily be remedied by retail compounds.

    It has been seriously damaged, broken. But the CPU is working fine, no problem when I am use external monitor. I have to replace the new LCD. Is there special screen for SZ premium or just the same as the standard' one?

    whats the easiest way to purchase the whole assembly?
    i want to change out the housing screen (or entire thing i have to) of my sz140 to the lighter carbon screen.
    ive been comparing store models, and the seem to be the same.....





    if someone does buy me one too!
