Is Sony going to release a replacement for the TZ series? I had heard that they were going to sometime before christmas?

Yes, check the thread available for the TT series. I think that's meant as the replacement for the TZ.

The TT series will be here probably towards end of this month. Search for the thread on TT and you will find many pictures, spec, pricing, etc.

Lattice, you beat me to it.

I just checked the Sony US site and the TT series mentioned appears on there.

I have seen the TZ, and raised the DPI and the font size seemed to not be a problem on the 11.1 inch screen, but what would it be like to type a 3,000 word document on?

Does anyone know when this might be available in Europe?

its very comfortable typing long assignments on my TZ. to increase productivity i use a secondary monitor for research pdf's, web pages etc, but the assignment itself is typed on the TZ's screen...
