    Hey there, i was looking to replace the hardrive in my sony vaio VGN-FJ3M/W laptop.

    I have got to the point where i need to remove the hand rest but as my hand rest is not seperate to the rest of the area surrounding the keyboard i cannot seem to remove it to get at my hard drive.

    Any help would be much appreciated!!!!
