Have a Sony Vaio K23 and would like to purchase another Sony Vaio. I use the machine exclusively for business applications, no gaming. Need help with processor options. Current machine has 2.8 Ghz, .5 MB RAM. Most new systems have duo core processors, many at slower rated speeds, but do have 2-4MB RAM and faster FSB speeds.

Will I be dissapointed in a machine with less processor speed and more RAM? or will the duo core processor and FSB spped make up the difference? Know very little and need help. I do want to stay with the Sony Vaio. Have had many, many laptops and it is my favorite. Any suggestions appreciated!

    Thanks.
