    Hi guys,
I am in despair now. I had my Sony VAIO NR11Z/T for 2 years and not long time ago it started to think very slowly and I decided to reinstall Windows Vista. When I am trying to recover the system to its factory settings, on the way to 100% of progress it says to me "returned 41 while restoring image". I was trying to install Windows Vista Home but it hanged.

    Hi,

Do you have the recover CD if you do use it to restore. or try to clean install it with a fresh copy of vista.

    Cheers,
