    Wasn't sure if this was an OS or notebook issue, basically sometimes when i restart the pc it ends up with the screen off, hard drive light constantly on and power light on and stays like this until I hold down the power button to turn it off.

    atm its just annoying but i dunno if there is a more sinister underlying cause
