I tell ya what Sony has the most rudest, arrogant customer service people I have ever met! If I talk to one more rude agent...from the ordering process to this point I have never seen anything like it. I get my fz290 cto this week and If I have one issue I swear its going back! as I am on the brink of telling these people where to go!

lol your welcome I am just ticked right now cause I work in a service related field and if I ever talked to people the way these people do I would be on my way out the door with walking papers.

the same is my experience and furthermore - no matter what sony device beeing tv, vcr, cd-player or 3 vaio laptops - it's always the same experience: service sucks.

my 1st t2 series vaio broke 2 months after purchase - suddenly powered off. got a new mainboard and everything was fine. but that took them over 3 months!!!!
luckily i still had my srx51 though that suffered the broken screen-ankles that had been replaced like every 2 months (which took them 3 days each time...)
