    S Series Fan....Replace it?

    For those more adventurous types....what is the likelyhood that if you tore apart an S-series computer...that you could find and replace the fan that everyone has been complaining about with an equally capable but less noisy fan? Assuming you can get to the motherboard/remove it....is this something that could be modified by a hardware geek like myself?
