    I just succesfully upgraded a friend's S260 Vaio's hard drive, cd-rom drive and added a bluetooth chip.

    Using the instructions given on this website, it was quite easy actually.

    If anyone is going to do such an upgrade, I would be glad to share my experience.

    We sometimes posts guides like this in the news section. If you want to write something up with good images, we'd probably do that.
