Tonight while looking at the top right of the screen I had a thought. I put pressure on the corner of the screen where the famous fuzzy corner takes place. When a steady amount of light to med pressure the fuzzy goes away and looks like the rest of the screen. So this makes me wonder if it is a manufacturing issue?
If more of you can confirm this...maybe one of your more adventurous types can take the top part of the screen casing off to see if there is a visible issue and write up a how to?
If we can prove this is a manufacturing issue, perhaps we can get Sony to do a recall...

Just use Sony Warranty to correct that. Better if you are on the first 30 days period, then you can return it and get a brand new one. Is what I did and my VAIO is now being built. If they send me one with the same problem, I'll simple return again but ask for a refund and look for other brands (Dell, for example).

well I returned mine and I'll probably get a 15S or Z instead of a S13P replacement.
The problems are all very similar and I don't want to take a chance with the S13A/P screen at least for now. -
It doesn't irk me too incredibly but HOW did such an awkward defect happen in the S13Ps??
S13p screen a manufacturing defect?
