    hi everyone

    i am chinese coder ,it's my first topic ,and please forgive my poor English!

    i bought my S16C(in china s160 callde s16c) last year, and add a 256M micro dimm at that time.

    512m were enough for my requirment when i use IDE like JBuild 9

    now , in my new project ,i have to use weblogic workshop .workshop is hunger for memory every time ,and my HDD can't rest at any moment!

    i now have to telnet (remote login ? )a IBM 345 pc server, when a other coder do this at the same time.

    so i want upgrade my S16 ,
    2 X 256M ====> 2 X 512M
    40 G HDD 4200 ====> 60 G HDD 7200

    is it a good upgrade?

    SONY is my last choice but only choice

    They sound pretty good. IF you really have money to spend and can find the parts in China, S16 supports 2 GB memory (2 X 1GB) and the newest Hitachi 7K100 7200 RPM 100 GB HDD.[ :D]
