    S270: how to access the mini pci slot?

    Does anyone know how to access the mini pci slot? I am looking at purchasing a used S270; but the unit does not contain a wireless card. If I can easily access the mini-pic slot I will install a network card on my own. My guess is that the slot is under the same access hatch as the memory module.

    Any help would be appreciated

    Yep, that's right. It's actually pretty easy. All you need to do is pop open the lid underneath your laptop (just 2 screws) and it's all there for you to play with...

    So speaking of playing with the mini-pci slot, has anyone had luck swapping the Intel 2200BG wireless card in the S360 with one of the Intel 2915ABG cards (I think those are the numbers)? Any special tricks to it? It looked like the antenna was attached firmly to the 2200BG the last time I checked, but I'd love to be told otherwise.

    More about the slot, is it possible to install a Wireless mini pc card, even if it didnt have one installed previously? Are the propper antenna hookups there?
