My cpu has been idling at 90 degrees C after playing a video game, and starts up around 52, its just running way too hot, and it seems that it makes too much noise and the vent on the right side doesnt blow out air anymore which leads me to believe the fan is shot what can i do im nowhere near home, and id like to do this by myself if possible, also how can i check fan speeds or if they even work

Your computer might be full of dust. I'd suggest at least blowing it out with compressed air--you might have to take apart the laptop if you have a serious build up. Your fan might be shot, too, or simply clogged with grime.

its spinning, and the computer starts up at around 45 degrees C but as soon as i run a game it stays at like 84 and just gets bogged down :(
