Does anyone know what socket type the Pentium M 740 in my VAIO has.

    Is it 478 or 479?

    Thanks.

    I am very lucky I havent bought the PM760 478 from newegg.com

    One more question pls...

Which option will boost performance the most?

    A new Hitachi 7K100 7200RPM HDD or New Pentium M 760

Which of these is a good price/quality/performance ratio:
    PM 750 or PM760 or PM770 or PM780
