Hi everyone, so I just got a new SA and I'm having trouble adjusting to the touchpad. I can't seem to tell if it's an issue with the device itself or if I'm just used to a better touchpad. My main issue is that it doesn't seem to allow for a lot of precision. Say, for instance, I want to trace a small circles. Instead of following my finger it seems to get held up and will either just move up and down repeatedly or will float off (about a quarter of an inch) to the side. This is making clicking links and smaller buttons kind of annoying. For gross movements, it works great but as soon as I need to make minor adjustment it seems to move on its own.

Is this an issue with the touchpad, the drivers, or am I just used to something better? (I'm beginning to realize that my Inspiron 1520 had some really nice hardware features incidentally)

    drivers.

Also, the HW sucks, but only in software support, like no two finger scroll (ALPS <doggy doo<<<<<<<<<<Sony Warranty Support<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<Synaptics)

If that's the case, have any idea of where to get some new/better drivers? Vaio site didn't seem to have anything and Google searches weren't helping.
