    Hi,
    i did a fresh installed of win XP on my SZ 360.
    after installing all the drivers, i found out that i have too much removable drivers. besides the memory stick, i also have:
    - SD/MMC
    - Removable Disk

    the express card sony supplied (VGP-MCA20) is the removable one (when i pull it off, it disappear, and when i insert an mmc card into it, it is shown in the removable disk.

    so what is the SD/MMC drive for? does anyone have any idea?

    Its the slot on the right!

    SD = SD Card Slot.
    MMC = MultiMediaCard

    When you insert a MMC, it should show up as a removable disk. Its very normal!

    You don't have to install it if you don't use those slot. If you have a digital camera, most likely you will need it!

    you didnt understand me.
    look at the attached picture.

    instead of one drive for the express card reader, i have two.
    and as i wrote, only the "removable disk" (i.e drive "I" in the picture) is in use when i insert an MMC card while drive "H" isn't.

    so i think i have one spear... what do you think?
