    Hi all,

What is the max amount of RAM an SE will take? -- is it easy to get to that?
Will it take a second drive? (SSD) replacing the CD / DVD? -- if so what form factor?
Alternatively, will it take a normal SSD M4 256 SSD in place of the mechanical?

Reasons for asking is I want a light 15 inch good quality screen (the SE seems to be king here) with either dual drives to use my 256 SSD or replacing the primary drive.

I'd take a 13 inch if I could do the above, I know the SA screen quality is not the same and lower res, but it would fit my goal much better.

It is beyond the realm of plausibility for me to try to replace the dual SSDs on the Z ... else it'll be "perfecto".

    Thanks!

8GB, i believe, is the maximum RAM that SE supports. you just open a panel on the back and put the extra RAM module in. about the CD/DVD drive, see the SE owners' thread.

Thanks guys for the lounge link. I tried to look for it the other day but obviously not hard enough.
