I've a laptop SONY VAIO SVE14A1M6EW and my BIOS update process failed because the power fail. My BIOS is brick. I made a backup in a pendrive but I don't know how restore it. At the end, that pendrive is dead, because my computer doesn't it read now.
I've find a link with my BIOS update.
    https://www.sony.es/electronics/support/sve-series-sve14a1-series/sve14a1m6e/downloads/Z0006984

Could I use this update to restore my BIOS? I tried copy the file exe of this link descompressed in a new pendrive, but the laptop doesn't make nothing.
I followed the procedure of this link but doesn't run:

I forgetting say that my screen is black, it doesn't show anything when turning on. Only the fan works, the illumination of the keys and the lens of the cdrom.
