SONY VAIO VGN-FS315E fan problem, please help!

hello, first of all thanks for watching this.
im sure you might thing: ough! not again! another one with a vaio fan problem!
i know but this is killing me from monts now! i have invested A LOT in reparations and replacement parts so please help.

the problem is that in one momentin time, just when guarantee expired (a year later after buying it) stopped working.when i press the power button wont do nothing. no led, no fan, nothing. so i did the "best" thing to do: send it to sony tecnical service. i know: stupid. after paying 200€ just for the diagnose they send it back to me. "its motherboard is fried" they said. so bought one from ebay. replaced it. after a few more disasebling and replacing tries it worked. then i noticed the laptop is getting hotter and hotter every time i use it. checked the fan: dead. so bought another one from ebay. after a few more disasemblig a replacing tries.......it did NOT worked! then i downloaded allmost every fan speed and temperature check software known by men. "no fan detected". temperature increasing untill laptop will power off automatically to protect the chip.
now its the time to escuse myself for the boring and anoying post and gramatically incorect spelling and in the same time beg your mercy to help me with this problem.
what more should i do?
