How did you "reinstall my system"? The issue is one of the drivers and auxilary applications that provide the functionality to those buttons have to be done in a certain order. See my signature line for a guide to doing a clean install. It spells out the details of this, providing a list of all the drivers/apps and the order in which they must be installed.

"reinstall my system" => format and install new OS. It's soooooo long for your a guide clean install. Everything else (drivers) in my VAIO VGN-FZ31Z works only these multifuncion button doens't works :-(! I need only one driver I think

Think whatever you'd like. The secret is doing it the right way. The order is crucial. Do it without all the proper pieces or in the wrong order and yet get what you have now, a machine without all the functions. My guide spells out the specifics.

You need to install the following in the order: (You can refer Gary's guide too)
    1. Sony Firmware Extension Parser (SFEP) driver (GPU driver installed before)
    2. Sony shared library
    3. Notebook utilities (includes multiple utilities - you need vaio event service)
