    I have been trying unsuccessfully to obtain a balanced review for the Sony VGN - NS10LS laptop, can anybody out there help please?

    Heard there is a problem with WiFi connection?

    Do you have to create your own back up discs? (wouldn't know where to start, is this a difficult procedure)

    I am looking for a budget laptop with decent Ram (2-3GB), decent hardrive (160gb - 250GB) space and most importantly reliable.

    For use with Microsoft office, downloading photographs (maybe use Adobe photoshop), downloading educational software for kids and casual use.

    Would really appreciate any help as looking to make a purchase this week. Thanks
