    I'm trying to figure out how i can get an updated BIOS utility for this Laptop (the latest that SONY has released was in 2009: the AMI Aptio 1.23.1109, for BIOS version R3110Y0). I want to excercise some options to speed up the boot process of this machine, which the current utility does not allow me to do - any suggestions out there?
