During my time at Sony I started to learn that the internal IT department were all these guys from India.. Ok I know that we outsource tech support to these guys but now companies like Sony are bringing the cheap labor here for IT support. I knew several people who were very sharp and applied for the job. They didn't get any response back. One of these guys was Japanese too and didn't get a sniff. Then I did some google surfing and found out why.. Sony doesn't intend on hiring anyone that is American born. They have to put ads in the paper to make it seem like they are willing to hire but in reality they are just going into a delted box and not even looked at.

Please check out this youtube video which expains it all. Sony is doing the same thing and it sucks. Someone who is American born and very smart at IT work has no chance at Sony. Sweetness isn't it.
