    SR Biometric Fingerprint Security

    After doing the semi-clean install, this is the only thing not working for me. Can anyone help me? I have the driver installed, but when i used the software, it wouldnt detect it. Kept asking me to connect or enable it. I even uninstalled the driver and reinstalled it. Then i just uninstalled the software...

    Where do you get the software? Any advice?

    I think you need the TPM software from Sony Utilities?

    Ok that software works! i must've had the wrong version or something. I talked to tech support before installing that one, and they said after a clean installation, you have to install sony shared libraries before the other drivers. and to install the other drivers from oldest to newest. Maybe he didnt realize i did a semi-clean install? Or ARE you supposed to do it that way? CAuse right now everything seems to work fine.

    only other thing... how do i get the cool visual and audio effects back for my webcam? i got the arcsoft software back, but not the visual and audio effects. thats about it! thanks!

    I installed my drivers all out of order and they work just fine for me... but maybe im just lucky lol

    umm, i've been trying to get that back on my SR too, but i cant find it anywhere.
