    SR Out of stock on Sony.ca?

    I ordered my CTO SR this past monday. I got my order# and emails confirming my order, but whenever I enter my order# in the track order on sonystyle.ca it says my order does not exist.

    Also, today it says that the SR290 custom order is out of stock. Does that mean mine is out of stock as well??

    I leave for Jamaica in 2.5 weeks, so I need it by then or else I'm cancelling.

    Call them and ask. If you get run-around speak to a Supervisor.

    Personally, I doubt you will get the SR in 2.5 weeks esp if its a CTO order

    I got the same message when I tried to check on my Z590 CTO.

    I should probably call them and see what's up... but my cellphone is dead. XD

    mine said the same thing last friday. tuesday got another email saying my compuuter is being built and i should recieve it by nov 25. but i actually got it yesterday the 20th. So it took only 5 business days till i recieved mine.

    had the same issue with my fw order, put in the order # but it showed it as "does not exit"

    I ordered mine on a wednesday and got the following friday next week.
