Hah. Someone was just asking me that today too. I don't have that laptop on me right now so I'll have to get it later. Maybe one of the other SR owners here can help u out. It does run a little hot i know that.

*edit* you should prolly make your subject a little more clearer too.

My SR290 with a P8600 CPU and ATI graphics runs in the high 20's / low 30's at idle, getting into the 40's under high load. HD temps are usually in the mid to high 30's under load. Quite reasonable, IMHO.

I have a new Vaio SR520G/B and I don't notice any high temp problems.

SR is very excellent on cooling. You probably can't find another 13" one with better cooling design.

Yeah I ditto what everyone else is saying here. I wil just tell you what I told the other person who asked me.

"I get around 33c idle and around 46c under full load. This temperature will very per location, as some rooms are hotter than others. These temperatures were taken with the videocard, so they are a little higher than the laptop would be if you choose integrated graphics (Intel). The Intel P Series Processors runs cooler than the Intel T-Series Processors . I hope that helps! I will try to have more information when I post up my review."
