    Good morning,
I now have a 15.4 screen, but am looking at the sr, do a lot of spreedsheet work, web development, and graphics. Was wondering if any one does this kind of work using the 13.3 screen, and how does it look. i am worried it may be too small. Went to the local box stores but they don't have any programs I use in theirs, thx for your info.

If they have the same resolution (1280x800), going from 15.4" to 13.3" would be like chopping off 1.1" (vert.) and 1.8" (hori.). IMO, you should take a ruler and see if this bothers you on your 15.4". That way you can check with all your apps.

I work on a 19" monitor at work and a SR at home with no prob but YMMV. Good luck.

Heh...I have a 24" Dell at work, and use the SR at home. it's like cutting my screen in half :)

I've used Excel and Word on the SR and been perfectly happy. On the other hand, I'm doing that for 30-45 minutes at a time, not multiple hours. I would see if you could go into a SonyStyle store, maybe put the SR and one of their 15.4" models side by side and see what you think.
