    Hi,

First up: I just googled a lot and searched this forum, but can't find the confirmation I am seeking :(
The SSD of my VPCZ21A9E is broken. Every other boot the RAID-Controller says one of the drives is broken and I loose the whole RAID with data. The replacement SSDs I came across cost between 800-1100$, not an option at all.
I came across multiple guides replacing the ZIF/LIF(?) SSDs with mSATA drives. But never found out if my model applies for that modification?

Can somebody please tell me if replacing the original SSD-pack with an mSATA model is possible and giving me a hint which adapter is preferable?

    Thanks a lot!

Hi, did you find a solution to this? I am just facing the same issue, one section of the MZ-RPA256 is broken, the other one is fine. The SSD seems impossible to get as a spare part.
