    Hello!

I want to change the HDD with an SSD.
The last days I read may tests about SSDs. But what is now the best one regarding price?

Many people say that the Samsung 830 series are very good, but all tests state that the samsung ssd is very power hungry compared to others ans is getting much hotter. Can this be a problem? Is there a comparable SSD to the Samsung one with less powerhungy and staying more cool?

Any will do, but especially check the height of SSD: it should be slimfit (7mm), since a small part slides under a bracket.
The 830 and Crucials m4's are known being good quality drives (seeing low failure rate over long period) and some have already installed them successfully on S13

You should check the SSD upgrade thread for each of your several models. People have reported compatibility issues in the past.
