When I first got my SVZ it would let me charge my phone whenever the laptop was off through one of the USB ports. I had to send in the laptop to get repaired and they reinstalled everything, and now the USB port no longer charges when the laptop is off or in sleep mode. Is there some sort of driver they missed that I have to install or something?

Another odd thing that is now happening is that the laptop takes forever to detect an SD card. The LED light just keeps blinking for over 10 minutes until it'll finally load a card. Once it's loaded though everything works normally. This is happening with multiple SD cards.

    TY!
