I have a Sony Vaio SZ2HP, and after a recent virus ruining my computer  i am looking to upgrade my computer to windows vista but through a clean install, wiping everything off my laptop.

Will my sz run Vista without slowing to a crawl?

How do i go about performing a clean install with vista?

    cheers
