So I just picked up a 250GB SATA HDD and I was wondering if there was anything I needed to know before installing it in my SZ160 P/C. Will the system recovery disks work with the new HDD or am I going to run into trouble due to the increased disk size?

Any thoughts on the subject would be welcomed.

True but I was hoping for some info from someone who has done it before so I know weather or not to break the seal on the new HDD. This way I'm not out $200 if it doesn't work.

Buy it somewhere it is easy to return should it not work out. I don't really foresee any issues for you.

OK, I installed the new HDD and the recovery software didn't even flinch. All is good. :)
