For some reason my SZ28 cannot detect my external Hard Disk when I am connecting by the IEEE1394. Here is a list of things that I have done.

    1. The drive works fine when using USB.
    2. The drive doesn't need driver for the 1394 port. (Rather it said it would install by itself once it was detected)
    3. Had switched different IEEE1394 wire.
    4. Had tried on different external hard drive (different brand) which are equipped with IEEE1394 port.
    5. Had tried to re-installed the driver for the IEEE1394 port on the SZ28.

So basically is that the problem of the laptop? Anyone get ideas of how to solve that?
