Is there a reason why the SZ has a 667Mhz bus but 533Mhz memory?

And would there be a problem in upgrading to 667Mhz memory?

No, the 533 is probably just a little cheaper.

Apple is shipping MacBook Pro with 677mhz ram, they even bumped up the CPU speed for the same price.

Sony charges you an arm and a leg to upgrade memory. I would go for after market if I were you.

what happens if you have one chip running at the 667 and one running at 533? will they both just go down to 533? (since the sz160 comes with two chips, replacing both would be a bit pricey)
