SZ battery problem! Help!

Hi, i'm new here and seeking for help. I recently purchase a new SZ-110 notebook at best buy. I'm expericneing the battery problem. When turned off the computer, it charged, right. But mine will never fully charged to 100% after unpluged and turned on. It only reach to sometimes 85% to 95% range. Another thing is that when it's charging while the computer is on, it still shows "100%(charging)" this text. Please help!! I want to know if you guys here experienced this. I called sony already, they told me to use up the battery, but same thing happen again! Thanks!!

i recall reading some where that this is just a glitch and it should be ignored,i think it says that in one of the sticky posts here....let me check ....
