    Hi all:

I used to have a Sony TR in the past. It had a real handy software utility inside the power management menus. It would show battery manufacturer, charging capacity and a number of charging cycles the battery has gone through.

Is there anything similar available for the SZ series? I can't get any battery information of this kind through Vista I am running.

Thanks in advance for your help...

Try BatteryEater, it can display all of that.

    MonsterMaxx,

BatteryEater "attempts" to look for this information, unfortunately does not seem to be able to get it under Vista.

I have 0 instead of cycles count.

    Any other suggestions?

did you get the latest version?
I just ran it, gave me all the specs, but you are right no cycle count.
    Nothing on Sony's site either.
