hey guys another sz question: what, if any, programs do you use to control or monitor your fan? is it even possible. I question if my fan is running at its highest speed, even if it is set to in the power management. I have it on speed and when I am playing a game it is getting kinda hot even thought I have AS5 on it now ( like 72) which it wasent doing before. I question if it is running at its top speed because it seems to run faster during boot cycle but it steps down quite a bit after OS has loaded...and its not very load at all during operation...sooo, any ideas?
    thanks guys.

An idea, that sometimes helps, is to get the latest BIOS update from esupport.sony.com for your unit. I've had my fan running all the time on my BX notebook, and the BIOS update really helped to slow it down and make my machine run much cooler.
