This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     SZ fingerpint doesn't work with IE7

    It seems that SZ fingerpint recognition sofware only works with IE7 first window only and doesn't work with FireFox 7 at all. Any workaround on this? Any chance that Sony will update the software and post it online?

    ;) FF v2 support is included in UPEK's Protector Suite QL v5.6 which appears to be newer than the one came with my SZ...

    ... so the $60k question: how can we get the update? :confused:
