    SZ screen quality, off white and red showing through!!!

    Only found one guy with a similar problem, I have an SZ1XP/C UK model and it's brand new. The whites are a sort of a grey white and not brilliant white like my old FS model, also I can see a very faint hint of red showing through on a white background, more noticable in certain places. WIERD

    have you tried adjusting the colors?

    Yeah, it really is just so slight, but it is there, just a bit concerned about the whites but I guess that's what you have to expect with these tiny thin screens, there's probably just no way you can expect the brilliant clean bright whites of bigger screens that have bigger lamps

    I have an SZ1M/B (a UK model) and have sometimes thought that the screen is not as white as that of my previous TR5

    I suppose this topic is an incentive to purchase premium models.

    It is a Premium Carbon model, just seen a lot of screens recently and had to have the SZ because of size and style but definately whites don't seem as clean and bright, also the very faint hint of red in places is strange
