My SZ screen refesh rate only supports 60, which is very low. Is there any options for higher refresh rate.

You got it backwards. Well, wrong. Your SZ uses a LCD. The refreshrate isn't the same thing as a refresh rate on a crt monitor. 60 is pretty good for a lcd. No flicker. Any flicker youre seeing isn't because of refresh rate. Maybe if you have flurecent lighting it might matter, but I doubt it.

    Thanks for you comment.
But my old laptop PCG Vaio 3 years ago supported from 60 (min) to 120 (max). When I chose the level 90, I have felt quite different, more comfortable. :)

Wow. I thought Sony quit making those more like 7+ years years ago. Not sure why. But again, Hz isn't the same thing like that of a crt. 60 is about the highest you'll find find the LCDs that are made now.
Most of the eye strain you get is more likely the lcd reacting to flurecent lighting. Try the 50hz, it MIGHT help. I forgot which frequency the lights are set to.

I believe you'll get an option to set a higher refresh rate only if you have connected an external CRT monitor that supports them. Starstreak's post is correct that LCDs usually max out at 60Hz, so if you are only using an external LCD or the LCD built into your laptop that's all you'll get.
