The manual claims that if you activate the scroll_lock function (light glows just above keyboard) - you can use the fingerprint scanner to scroll. I can't get this to work. The fingerprint sensor works fine - use it for passwords and logon.

Is there anything else you have to do - or does it only work in some programs. I tried it in Internet explorer, Firefox and Adobe Reader - no luck.

    TIA if anyone can help.

try loading up the biomenu (hold down shift while you scan your finger). Then go to settings, then scrolling.

    Hope that helps!

Holding down shift and swiping finger DOESN'T bring up any menu. Is there anywhere else to find this menu ? Theres a fingerprint sensor menu in control panel - but it seems to just test the fingerprint scanner.
