Does it run smoothly with only the integrated GPU running or does it stutter or revert to basic?

The GMA 950 graphics will run Aero 100% fine. No need for the Nvidia card. :)

Flawless. Don't even use the Nvidia card at all anymore unless gaming.

The Intel IGP945 actually runs Aero as well as the Geforce Go 7400....

Thanks to Nvidia's half a**ed Vista drivers!

How do you use just the intel card? Is putting it in Stamina mode the only way?

Currently the Intel 945 (onboard) actually runs Aero and other apps like iTunes Coverflow a lot better than the Go7400. This is largely in part to Nvidia's drivers since the Go7400 is much more capable than the Intel...

For example in XP, the Go7400 rocks the socks off the Intel but for now...Aero is silky smooth on the GMA.

On mine the Geforce runs horribly in Vista. Aero is jerky whereas the intel is smooth lol.

Blame Nvidia drivers. I hope they sort it out.

My experience is the same. Intel 945 works fine, Nvidia is buggy.
