I have an SZ680, and the Nvidia video adapter just died (the infamous 8600M). The laptop works fine with the onboard Intel video adapter and I'm fine with using that since I don't use any 3D.

However, when using the Intel adapter, the DVI port on the docking station is not recognized!

That sucks. Now I have to get it repaired if I want to use the dock.

There are external video cards you could get, but also, you could see if the side port works.
