A few times now, I've had a problem when launching games where I get a frame or few rendering, and then a black screen with a single white pixel at the top left. The machine is still running normally in the background, including the game itself apparently, but I can't get rid of this black overlay without putting the machine into standby and waking it up again.

Looks like a driver problem - anyone else had it? Happens with both the latest forceware drivers and the Sony-supplied ones, although it seems to happen less often with the latter.
