Hi, I was wondering if anyone was successful in getting their SZ-110 replaced. I have the first batch, the screen shows a slight yellow tint on either ends , the spacebar is sticking a bit and the keyboard has much flex. Some of the issues that have been discussed here intensively.

I hear that Sony support is horrible, so I'd like to know if anyone was able to get their replacement smoothly. Also, if you did, how do they do it?

Send you a new one and give you some time to return the old one?

    Thanks,
    Mike :(
