So I just bought a refurb sz440, and when I went into the NVIDIA display control panel, the only setting that appear is "Multiple Displays." No resolution adjustments, etc. Any ideas on why this is happening? I updated the driver, btw, but no luck.

    thnx

Apparently, this is a widespread issue. According to NVIDIA, some oem manufacturers cripple the NVIDIA control panel. You can find the fix on NVDIA's site. You still can't change resolution through NVIDIA's CP, though. You need to go to Personalize through Vista's CP.

This forum won't let me post a link, but if you have this problem, you can go to NVIDIA's support page and run a search for "control panels." Look for this answer: "Missing NVIDIA Display Properties Control Panels"
